You lost your ticket? Your event was cancelled or postponed? Or do you want to resell your ticket? But you don’t know how? No problem! On this page, you will find answers to the questions we are most frequently asked by ticket buyers.
As soon as we have been informed by the event organizers that an event has been postponed or cancelled, we will inform all ticket purchasers via email. This email will contain all relevant information you need.
If you have already found out about the postponement or cancellation on social media, please be patient. We will send you an email with all the information as soon as we have all the details from the event organizers.
In our self-service portal, you can download your tickets at any time, regardless of whether you bought them as Print@Home or mail-order tickets.
Simply register at my.ticket.io with the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
Please note that purchasing a ticket is not a registration Once you have registered, you can log in and use all the functions of the self-service portal.
To download your tickets, log in to our self-service portal and click on the “TO TICKET ORDER OVERVIEW” button.
You can then download your tickets.
If you have lost your tickets or are not sure whether they have been found by someone else, simply send us an email to support@ticket.io or contact us via phone +49 221 300 843-0
We will then invalidate your old tickets and send you your tickets with new barcodes.
As stated in our GTC § 12, tickets cannot be returned. If the event is canceled or postponed, we will inform all ticket purchasers promptly via email. This email will contain all relevant information.
If you see the ÖPNV logo on your ticket, your ticket includes bus and train travel. Some tickets also include a bus and train ticket without the ÖPNV logo. In these cases, you will find information in the ticket shop or self-service portal (my.Ticket.io). If there is no ÖPNV logo on your ticket nor information in the ticket shop, you will definitely need an additional ÖPNV ticket.
You are welcome to resell or give away your tickets. In the case of personalized tickets, the new data of the participants must be entered in our self-service portal so that the new ticket buyer can be granted access to the event.
If you are selling the tickets to people you do not know, we recommend TicketSwap.
Don’t panic! There may be several reasons for this (e.g. mistyped email address, firewall of the email provider, spam, etc.). The quickest way for us to help you is to send us proof of payment for your order.
Simply send it to us via email to support@ticket.io or use our contact form. We will get back to you as soon as possible to help you.
As soon as your tickets have been sent, you will receive an email from us. As we send the tickets via letter mail, we are unfortunately unable to provide you with tracking information.
Shipping usually takes between 3 and 5 working days. In exceptional cases, however, delivery can take up to 10 days. If the tickets have not arrived after 2 weeks, please contact us so that we can resend them to you.
You can download your tickets at any time from our self-service portal. Register for free using the email address you used to purchase your tickets. Once you have registered, you can log in and use all the functions of the self-service portal.
If your tickets cannot be delivered and are sent back to us, we will contact you so that the tickets can be sent to you again.
If the tickets are lost in the post, we need you to contact us. In this case, we will cancel the tickets that have already been sent and send you new ones.
