The ticket i/O scan app is available in the App Store as well as in the Google-Play-Store.The download is free of charge.

If no WLAN or mobile network is available, the ticket scan app can also be used offline after synchronizing the ticket purchases. However, if there is more than one scanning device, the already redeemed tickets will not be synchronized offline.
